LEGAL INFORMATION
I appreciate all of you who have informed me of activities involving my artwork worldwide. Without your continued assistance and kindness we simply would never know of many of the copyright violations, infringements, defaming statements being written & published.
As of August 2009 no one has been authorized to issue or print the images of my artwork & any found being offered for sale are illegal. The latest violation is a German firm selling art DVD's of mine and other artists as resales-which are actually pirated. Some sales of DVDs are truly used-resales most are stolen copies. The genuine covers have been changed to reduce the number of pirated copies being sold as originals.
Prints of my work being sold on ebay from China & other countries are stolen. All artwork is automatically copyrighted when created in America, after the artist's death the artist's heirs own the copyrights.

When you receive questionable phone calls, emails, articles etc. please continue to simply forward these to me as you have done. Our lawyers can subpoena servers for real names, addresses, phone records and personal information-even overseas. Please simply forward the offending links, statements, letters or emails. With phone calls please note the phone number name and what was said and the time.
We have been forwarded several negatively biased emails originating from the supposedly neutral parties see CODE OF ETHICS , quoted from the code—"Avoid conflicts of interest, real or perceived.
— Remain free of associations and activities that may compromise integrity or damage credibility."
This of course includes blogs etc anything published. Even if the pages or emails are deleted later they can all be recovered. We are building a file against people like these.
